My name is Jeff Baldwin.  I teach the 5-6 year old Sunday school class.  The children enjoy learning about the miraculous stories of the Old and New Testament.  We just finished up a 9 month series of Godly character.  We believe that one of the most important things a child can learn at an early age is good character and integrity.  The children learn at an early age in our class that God is real.  The children learn that the miracles of the Old Testament are true events, not fictional stories like fairy tales.  We are currently learning about the ways God spoke to people in the Bible, and that God wants us to listen.  The children are learning that we can listen to God through the Bible, our parents, and church services.  It is a blessing to work with my wife, Jeana, with these precious children!

My name is Doug Pinkerton.  I teach the junior teen boys class.  Our objective in this class is to glorify our Savior and to teach these young men to be complete and total men of God.  I want these young men to advance to the next level and be prepared to eventually hold positions of leadership in this church.  We preach the Holy Word of God as found in the King James Bible  We don't "Water it down."  We give the boys the meat of the Word so that they can understand it, study it, and apply it to their lives.  Along with preaching, I try to instill a sense of priorities, citizenship, morals, and ethics, and to live a life pleasing to God based on honesty, character, and integrity.  We also equip our young men with the tools to be effective soul-winners and to have compassion for the lost.  Finally, above all else, we want our boys to love, serve, and glorify the Lord Jesus with all their heart, mind, body, and soul, because without Him, we are nothing!

My name is Heather Lewis.  I teach the young ladies class.  Our goal as a class is to realize how special each one is to her Savior.  God has a specific plan for each one.  That plan is not one that begins when we are grown.  With the Lord's help, each girl can stay pure and be a Godly example as she seeks to have a closer personal relationship with Christ.  Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believer, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.  I Timothy 4:12.  Our Sunday school lessons are designed to help equip the girls with tools they need to do that.  My goal, as their teacher, is not to spoon-feed Bible trivia.  The girls are challenged to learn how to search the Scriptures so that they may learn the Bible for themselves.  They are encouraged to put into practice what we have learned and to study throughout the week.  To help with this, we keep prayer journals and Bible study notebooks.
